Only what a feature needs to work. Without an account, VILIQ AI collects nothing on a server: your tasks, memories and journeys stay in your own browser.

With an account: your profile and workspace, the work you save from tools, your credit balance, and operational counters about provider calls — model, duration, cost. Never the contents of a prompt. Your tasks, memories and journeys still stay in your own browser; they are not uploaded to your account.

Payment details — a payment provider holds those, never VILIQ AI.

Precise location, biometrics, contacts, browsing history, or device identifiers beyond an ordinary session cookie.

Health, financial, relationship, religious or political information inferred from a conversation. If it comes up, it is used for that answer and not kept.

VILIQ AI does not quietly learn things about you. Every memory it holds was put there deliberately, is visible on one page, and can be paused or deleted individually.

Pausing a memory stops VILIQ AI using it without deleting it.

KidSafe runs stricter rules. There is no persistent memory for a minor — that is enforced in the database, not just in the app.

Guardians can see the categories of anything that was blocked. They never see conversation content.

VILIQ AI never encourages secrecy from a parent, guardian or teacher, never encourages dependency, and never discusses money products with a minor.

When a provider is connected, it receives only the messages needed for that request plus VILIQ AI's instructions. Not your memory list, not your tasks, not your identity.

Requests are server to server. A provider never sees your browser, and your browser never sees a provider key.

A fixed list of product events with non-identifying values — that a plan was requested, not what the plan was about. Prompt contents cannot be attached, and the code enforces that rather than relying on care.

Individual memories and tasks can be deleted one at a time. Everything held on your device can be cleared in one action from Settings.

Deleting your account is done from Settings and takes effect immediately: your sign-in is removed and you cannot sign in again, and your profile, preferences, conversations, memories, tasks, journeys and creations are deleted with it.

Two things are kept rather than deleted, and neither names you afterwards. A workspace is archived instead of destroyed, because its record of what happened in it has to outlive the people who were in it. And a limited audit and operational record is retained where we are required to keep one — what was done and when, never the contents of a prompt. Your identity is removed from both: they no longer say who you were.

If you share a workspace with other people, it stays with them and only your membership of it ends. If you are its only owner, hand ownership over before deleting your account, so nobody is left with a workspace they cannot administer.
